Hand Crafted Products
All items are hand-crafted. We aim for them to
be unique or limited editions, this means that we may not be able to make the
same item again. All sizes given are approximate. Products may differ slightly
to the photographs due to lighting etc. Due to the nature of handmade products
there may be slight inconsistencies. As there are many semi-precious gemstones
and handmade glass beads, they may also be an inconsistency.
All dolls are for decorative use. They are not
toys and ask that customers note this before purchasing.
Payment
We accept payment via paypal
at the moment, but are working on more ways to pay.
Refunds
We are unable to give refunds or exchanges on
products unless they are faulty. We therefore encourage people to be certain
about the product before they buy, this includes buying the right size, colour
etc. We are not able to refund postage costs and customers are responsible for
return postage costs. Faults do not include inconsistencies or incorrect size,
but only if something is broken. We do ask that customers are reasonable with
the nature of a returned item, that the fault is not with general use of the
product but the product itself.
Privacy
We will not share information with any other
bodies or organisations. All customers email addresses, delivery address and
other personal details are for the use of Mustard Seed Gift Shop only. Any
customer information will not be seen other than the site administration. We are
committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we
collect about you lawfully (in accordance to the data protection act 1998). We
collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly to process the order and
second to provide the best possible service. We will give you the chance to
refuse any marketing email from us. The type of information we collect include:
name, address, phone number and email address. We will never collect any
sensitive information about you without explicit consent.

Once you follow that link you are subject to that sites privacy policy and your
information is then out of Mustard Seed Gift Shops control. The information we
do hold will be accurate and up to date. We will hold any information securely.
